Recruiters already reaching out?
I just had a reputable recruiter reach out asking to fill out their candidate form with details on the geography preferences, resume, etc. except I haven't even hit the desk yet (still in training).
How soon after these things start do you get hit with on-cycle?
What am I supposed to highlight on my resume if haven't been staffed on a deal let alone complete one? stuff from the prior summer?
If I fill the form out should I get ready for an informational call with the HH?

I'm planning on just waiting a few more weeks to get some experience on the desk before I fill it out. Not sure what I'd put on my new resume otherwise when I haven't really started.
