Recruiting During a Recession?
What is recruiting like during a recession? Does it dry up? As a non-target, should I be any more worried about breaking in? Is a certain group affected more/less? Do boutiques hire less people? Can anyone provide some color on this?
I don't think banks are as affected compared to tech, for example.
