Recruiting FT 2022?
I just accepted an offer for SA 2021 at an MM (expiring offer). Interested in what the process is to recruit FT next year for an EB/top BB and what should I do now to better position myself.

Nothing else you can do. You could extend graduation and try again next year if you hate it for some reason, but you should consider yourself lucky when many people who try for IB never get it despite a lot of effort.
