Recruiting while in banking

Currently been trying to find an exit so I can leave banking ASAP, but it's so exhausting. I'm in a particularly sweaty group, so when I'm not sleeping at 4 am I'm interview prepping and doing case studies. Been in a couple processes and it's been particularly strenuous trying to balance recruiting, work in addition to trying to be secretive about interviewing and I'm close to giving up on recruiting altogether and just quitting after bonus without anything lined up so I can focus my efforts on recruiting.

How do people secure an exit while working in banking? Any tips on handling it?
