Recruiting with Full Time Job
Currently, I am just starting my 1st year as an analyst, and I have realized that the position I currently have is not what I want. There are not any openings at my current bank for me to lateral into, so I am going to need to recruit externally. However, I was wondering how to best go about this as I will be at work during market hours, so how am I supposed to do networking calls and interviews. Would banks be able to do interviews later in the day, such as 7PM or on weekends? Or how else should I approach this?
