REPE/REIB Recruiting

first time post here...coming from a west coast target but from a masters of accounting program along with commercial banking and a CRE investment internships. What are the prospects like for REPE/REIB recruiting? I know that it isn’t super traditional but hoping I could leverage the schools network. Also, does anyone know good REPE firms that I could target? I know that REPE is difficult at an entry level so also asking for the best IB groups focusing on RE/Gaming&Lodging. What are the best firms for this and what is the recruitment like? Anyone with any insight would be great.

Solid REIB groups: MS, BoA, HL (gaming and lodging), Eastdil.

REPE Possibilities: BXRE is far along but still open. I think they’re doing more waves of recruiting in the summer. Starwood is getting started. Brookfield will open closer to the fall. MSREI starts in July, apps open now.

Any of these groups would be tight.
