Requesting PTO as an employment condition?

So I found myself in the mix for a couple IB roles and its looking like I will be making the jump from TAS if I get an offer. Has anyone ever requested PTO before they start? I have a trip booked with my dad as a father's day gift to see our NFL team play in October. In any other profession this usually isn't an issue but this is investment banking and the hours are going to be nuts pretty quickly, so I want to get a sense if I this will likely be an issue.

If I get the offer, i'll communicate that the position is above all the most important thing but it would certainly be nice to be able to carry out this trip. I'll also offer to work during this period, I would just need that Thursday night off to go to the game (TNF). TIA
