Resume Help - Thinking about getting into equity research

Hey Guys, I was playing around with my resume and was wondering if I could get some feedback or criticism about what you like/don't like. I'm not 100% sure about it.

In case it matters, most of the guys I've been networking with have been traders. But I'm also thinking about trying to get into ER, structured products, and maybe IB. I'm trying not to be too picky at this point, I just want to get my foot in the door somewhere. Thanks a head of time.

Convert the word doc to a pdf file BEFORE uploading it to Razume.

Do that right now because resume structure is definitely something people will critique on this site.
