Resume Review - Interviewed in many financial positions but no offers

seriously don't know what else to do...so could use some resume help i guess....

i've interviewed for jobs in the following: banking, investment banking, operations, hedge funds, management consulting.....

made 2 final rounds...still don't have offer...currently interning while I continue to apply and interview..

i went to a solid school...not a target though, and i feel like my school name is preventing me from some of the jobs I apply to...

thanks for helping!

by the way, right now I'm most interested in consulting or research jobs...

not going to comment on the format but do agree you should modify it

for your equity research intern job, make sure all bulletin points are in past tense. you only tell people things that you've done. Also, reduce the length of each bulletin point. Having some run as long as three lines is an indication of weak communication skills imo. You should be able to concisely describe what your contribution was.

you might want to say something more about leadership experience on campus.
