resume v transcript

Hi all,

I have close to a gpa 4.0, work experience and extra-curriculars, etc.

but on my current transcript it shows my grades from my previous degree, which i did not complete

on that degree the marks are very average, around 3.0 and in one semester due to health reasons i had 3 fails.

what should i do? will firms reject me because of my transcript?
how about MBB firms in particular?

From what you said, it clearly is an anomaly and should be pretty obvious if there are 3 F's surrounded by all A's. I think if you just explain it, it shouldn't be anything to worry too much about.
