The words are spaced weirdly, maybe its the font I don't know. It is also too cluttered with all those bullet points. You need to make better use of white space because right now it is quite confusing and tedious to read through. Also you need to use more power words. Powerful language will make your experiences seem even more impressive.
Basically it needs to pass the 1 minute test: When the recruiter glances over it for 1 minute, they will see the most important parts of your resume and also be impressed by them.
Which sections? the work section or education?
