Rising senior from target school with no IB experience- do I have a chance at full-time recruiting?
I have a 3.7 from a target school (finance major) and currently have an internship that's more closely related to personal finance, as well as past international experience (not IB related). Would this lack of IB experience prevent me from getting solid interviews and offers when full-time recruiting comes around in the fall? If not, what are some things I can do to rectify this glaring hole in my resume?
If you're at a target, why haven't you gotten any boutique IB experience?
I wasn't interested in IB until recently.
Yeah it's not going to look good. My advice is to simply cold call and you have many advantages (target school & GPA). If all else fails then offer to work for free for local boutique or MM.
You're completely fine.. you're from a target with a strong gpa. talk to banks when they come to your school
also network ur ass off
It's all about how you spin your story, hit this next recruiting season hard.
