Get into Road to Wall Street, LIBOR, and maybe the Student Managed Fund. Join some clubs you find interesting too. Should increase your odds of landing something FO along with solid networking

Also, Rutgers isn’t a semi-target, but it’s a decently known non-target with a sizable alumni pool in FO positions. Just gotta make the most of it unless you transfer out

 

Im at Rutgers, I landed something... placements were pretty good this year. That being said, we are still a non-target, however, for attention is being brought to Rutgers. Join clubs, have fun...but keep GPA above 3.75. and you'll be chilling.
