SA 2025 offer at a smaller regional bank, take it or wait for better?
Looking for advice here. Recently received offer from regional MM firm (Truist/Key/Baird). Really liked the team I interviewed with, but still waiting to hear back from larger BBs(BNP,BofA, Barc) I have alumni connections with. The offer is due in ~1 week, how should I handle it?
