SA recruiting for target schools

I have currently just finished my sophomore year with a 3.9 GPA at a target school. I am a female on a division 1 sports team looking for a SA job but have just recently been interested in finance. I am a sociology major and econ minor and was wondering how no previous knowledge in finance would play out during the recruiting process. Is a good GPA from a target school enough to have a chance?

I think that it will be possible but understand that a lot of banks are done. Start networking asap and make sure to have a clear reason why banking. Also, try to get something relevant for this summer to show some interest
