SA to FT lateral?

signed the first offer I got for 2022 and lowkey feel like i could have done better. I don't give a shit about prestige but I feel like there are places that would set me up much better for my long term goals.

How hard is it to trade up from a well known balance sheet bank (think Wells Fargo, RBC, BMO) to a BB or EB after your summer analyst stint? Am I better off jumping ship after a year FT? thanks
