Will keep it short. Diverse at a target with 3.7+ and decent internships/resume.
Got burnt out securing 2024 offer.
My problem: I have not done any networking atm, and deadlines are basically here.
My question: Is it still worth networking at this point, or just blast applications?
Also, should I reach out before or after submitting an application?
