Would you take an offer from a large French investment bank ( Think Socgen, Natixis, Credit Agricole, BNP) which is offering a better salary and work life balance over a prestigious elite boutique with a lower salary and poor work life balance. From what I’ve seen here college students prioritize prestige over pay (not sure whats the logic behind that…)
