Senior at a crossroads, mental health deteriorating, no job yet. Would greatly appreciate any and all advice

I'm graduating this summer, really wanted IB but obviously not on the table at this point. I landed two internships in corporate, so at least I have something on my resume, but it's the end of January and I have zero interviews lined up which is really fucking with my mental health. Also feels like I'm the only one in my class who's still recruiting. I'm not even on LinkedIn as much because my feed is just people posting their upcoming jobs and start dates.

I've been networking with people at a Big 4 (which is my only lead right now), and but the only positions open are tax and audit. Go and see for yourselves, the only positions that people can apply to online are literally only tax and audit. I was originally thinking to just apply for one of those, do that for ~2 years, go back to b-school, then break into IB that way. However, just today I learned that a few of them told me they'd personally ask around in their M&A / "corporate finance" teams to see if anybody's hiring there.

Obviously anybody with a brain would want Big 4 corporate finance over Big 4 audit/tax, but I'm really losing my mental health and I think if I wait longer and they get back to me with a "no," it would be a waste of time. Do I just apply now for an audit/tax position, or do I wait a little longer to hear back from my connections if there are actually any corporate finance roles? Which one should I even do, audit or tax? PM me if you need any more info.
