SF Tech Lateral Hiring
I recently summered as an IB analyst within Healthcare on the West Coast and will be returning FT next year but am more interested in Tech IB and am looking to lateral to a different bank for the same within my first year. Interested in learning more about the lateral recruiting process and if there are any particular banks that typically participate in the same? When would people recommend networking for these opportunities? Curious to hear if people have anecdotes/advice about any of this. Thanks!
