As a student applying for jobs, nothing irks me more than Workday portals that require you to upload your resume and then again write out your resume experiences again in their portal. For the boxes where I have to explain what I did for each activity/experience, should I convert my bullets into full sentences/paragraphs or just copy and paste my bullets like on my resume?
