Senior here - did an SA stint in IB this past summer and fortunately got and signed the return. However, I'm having second thoughts about doing IB full-time. I've realized that I value WLB way more than I thought when I originally recruited for IB. Any advice on how I can lateral to something more chill for FT? Applied to a handful of places but haven't heard anything back yet.
