Somehow landed a S&T Superday interview at a BB- I know nothing! HELP

Hello all,

I applied for a bunch of positions and landed a spot for an interview for a BB in NYC next week-- it's for S&T. For context, I am a current sophomore and this will be my first Superday. The problem is, I know absolutely nothing. Nada. I can nail some generic behaviorals but in terms of potential technicals or discussion of markets, I'm feel clueless. I'm not even EXACTLY sure what a trader/salesperson does in finance. This is me being completely honest.

I work for my school's Annual Fund (basically soliciting money from alumni) and do some simple procurement work (mandating reimbursements) in a department office. This summer I did door-to-door sales of small business owners for Verizon.

I've been scoping out resources and trying to inform myself, but it's really intimidating and I'm not sure where to start. Much of the jargon looks like a foreign language to me. I'm accustomed to the typical STAR questions and am confident about being able to convey myself and my experience, but I feel like I'm still do not quite understand the "inside" of S&T, or even banking period. I'm afraid I'll be asked a super specific question relating to the role and profession (which is totally fair and should be expected!) and its freaking me out a little.

I'm going to hardcore prepare, but could anyone, especially those within S&T, provide me with any insight?
