Anyone know when applications go out for these type of things and what is out already? Ideally looking for stuff that is non-virtual and a genuine pipeline to 2025. Does this even exist?
So far I have heard of Nomura/SIG/Citadel doing this for non-diversity candidates, wondering if it's a thing for other firms, especially IB.
