Sophomore Internships
Am a current sophomore and don't have my summer plans finalized yet. Want to get something, even if its small so that I can start shifting my focus towards 2025 recruiting soon. Does anyone have recommendations on how to find small lower/middle market banks to reach out to and talk about an opportunity for next summer? Obviously there are loads of small banks out there but just not completely sure where to find all of them since they're not big names if that makes sense. Any help/advice is appreciated.
