S&T Analyst Bonus
S&T salary seems standard across the street and on par with other front office roles (85 base+10 signing), but does anyone know what range an analyst's bonus falls in? Obviously it varies by firm and desk but I get the feeling that the bonus discrepancy happens at the associate+ level.
Where should a quant trading analyst at a profitable desk roughly expect their bonus to fall?
