S&T versus HF: What do I do for my junior summer?

Some background: I just finished my freshman year. This spring, I did a VC internship (tiny firm). This summer, I will be doing a PE internship (small - mid size firm).  I just accepted an offer at a hedge fund for my sophomore summer.

I'd like to do something at a hedge fund or in s&t at a bb. Like anyone, I am attracted to prestige and high pay, but I'd prefer to perserve my geniune intellectual interest in finance i.e. I don't want to end up in a situation where I'm regularly doing 90+ hrs/week unless its really that interesting.

My ideal job by like 35 or so would be either PM at a hedge fund or an MD at a bb trading desk. By 45, it'd be nice to start doing my own thing (PE, HF, VC, idrk) with my equally successful husband.  (I'm aware this is ambitious and very far into the future. I'm sure I'll be able to cope when life doesn't turn out exactly as I planned at 20.)

I've gotten other interviews offers after accepting the HF offer, and for the first time, it feels like I might be making decisions rather taking whatever thing came along. Just want to make sure my head is on straight as I consider what places I'm targeting.

Anyways,  what should my junior year summer look like?

I'm sure I'll have a clearer idea of this after the first summer, but I'd be happy doing a second summer at the hedge fund if it led to a full-time offer.  My concern is that I don't know if they regularly hire straight out of college.  If I were to do a summer in S&T at a BB instead of HF, how would that impact my long term goals? Or, further, what would my path look like if I went to a bb in S&T after graduation versus HF?
