I started a non-profit this year - pretty small scale but we have received some press traction lately. Do I need to disclose this to my firm (a bank) in any way?
In my opinion it really shouldn't be any of their business as it doesn't have anything to do with my current area of work, I don't make any money off of it, and it's something I do completely on my own time. Just curious though in terms of protocol.
