Staying an Extra Semester in College
Anyone have any experience/tips/advice in staying an extra semester at a non-target to participate in a later recruiting cycle and be better prepared.
For some background info - I am a rising junior at a non target and am having a tough time securing my SA2022 internship. If I push back graduation from May 2023 to Fall 2023, I will be eligible for SA2023 internships and believe I will have a better chance at that. Would love to hear any insight

I transferred universities and many of my credits didn't count. I ended up taking an extra 2 years to graduate. This allowed me to boost my GPA and gain 2 extra internships before I applied for SA at a BB. At the time I was annoyed to be in school so long, but It was probably the best decision I ever made (regarding my career path).
I think it can be a great move to give you more experiences and a stronger resume.
Can i message you privately if you dont mind? have a few questions I want to ask
