Student

Hi I'm a second year economics student and I want to pursue a career in finance (ib,am). I've applied for several internships but it didn't go well. I want to develop skills and qualifications during the summer vacation to increase my chances of getting into a graduate scheme next year. What kind of skills should I focus on? (financial modelling, valuation etc.). Also is doing an online finance course worth it?
