Suggestions on Job opportunities
Hi everyone, thanks in advance, I am interested in sectors/roles that blend financial expertise with a wider macro outlook. I was thinking of going into development finance (but many people on this forum think it should be “avoided like plague”) or AM firms that really value a macro approach to investments. I am also very interested in enjoying life and having a good work-life balance ( I am definitely not ready to do classic IB hours, at least not for more than 2 years). 1)Are DFIs really that bad? 2)Do you think possible exit opps from a DFI include AM firms? 3) What piece of advice would you give me?
