Summer CS/IB Internships for HS/College?

Hi everyone,

This is my first post on WSO; I've been a member for a couple years and have enjoyed reading many of your posts. I am a high school student BUT I have college experience -- yes, I've read all of the other topics where other high-schoolers have asked about internships and were told to enjoy life.

I am looking for some advice on securing a summer of 2017 IB internship. I will be a senior in fall of 2017.

Me:
- 4.7 HS GPA, thirteen AP exams (11 5s and 2 4s), 2290 SAT in 8th grade, public NorCal high school.
- I have taken AP Calc AB and BC (if calculus is something y'all need)
- Harvard University (actual Harvard classes on campus): Capital Markets and Investments, one of the few who got an A, 4th year undergrad course, prereqs were econ, finance, accounting, DCF/TVM, etc. Also took a graduate nuclear strategy class there and aced it. Youngest kid in both classes.
- Stanford University computer science (data structures and algos in Java) in 8th grade. This year I'm taking multivariable calculus, undergrad English from Berkeley.
- I can learn quickly.
*All those classes are actually credit classes with real professors, no BS. I've taken a few other CS and finance college classes too. I have an extensive CS background and have been exploring finance for years now.

Why do I want to do an internship right now? I actually enjoy working with finance and I want experience. I know I don't need it per se, but I strongly want it.

I kindly request some advice from y'all:
- Because my computer science background is quite extensive, should I try to get a tech internship at a bank? I really want to be doing finance though.
- Will bulge bracket even consider me? From what I've read, that's a no. However, some want college sophomores and I've done enough coursework (in finance) to be at the level of one.
- Are there any programs specifically for high schoolers? I looked around and couldn't find any... plus I can easily do what normal internships ask of me. Y'all probably don't know of any either.
So,
- Who should I try to cold call/email/mail that would be receptive? Names of chill firms would be REALLY appreciated!
- Should I go for it and apply for internships for college students anyways? Where would I have a chance?
* I can travel and work anywhere in the US from the beginning of June to end of August.

Thanks a lot guys, and all your answers will be truly appreciated.

Peace,
Mike
