Is this how it’s supposed to go or do people typically wait until the internship is complete? I only ask since Most of these quant firms and banks start recruiting incredibly early. I’m applying for full time positions starting after May 2022 graduation and wondering how interviewing during an internship would go. Since everything is still online I’m sure I could probably take an hour lunch or something for an interview but not sure how to approach this. Full time offers obviously aren’t guaranteed from my current internship coming up so just want to make sure I’m hitting the ground running in recruiting.
