Summer Internship Immediately following Spring Co-Op?

I am currently a first semester Junior, and I recently accepted a LevFin offer in NYC for Summer 2022. I have been working a co-op program for about a year at another big company but not in a front office role.

The co-op can continue as long as I want it to, but I am not sure if it would be good to leave at the end of 2021 or wait until about a month before my Summer 2022 internship starts? My current company will have no issue with me leaving shortly before the summer vs in December but I am afraid that my new internship might interpret staying for the spring negatively. Any advice?
