BB - 1 in 3-4. Maybe less (1 in 6) later in the recruiting season, when there's fewer spots and fewer top candidates to fill out the superday.
Rates are not any higher these days for summer or first year positions - banks are only desperate for experienced laterals that can contribute now, SA 2022s won't even start really working for 2 full years and take 3-6 months to train. There's also just no shortage of people looking for an IB internship.
