I have an upcoming sd with MM in Capital Markets and it is 4-6 30 min interviews. One of the interviewers is a guy I have been talking with for over 1 year. Will this interview be formal? Also anyone have any tips on how to destroy a superday? Worried about making true connections with the team because I dont quite know their interests.
