Tech Consulting vs. UW vs. I-Brokerage

Hoping to get some feedback on a few of my job prospects. I'm a non-target under 3.8 GPA so this is about as good as it gets for me. I currently have three offers on the table as follows:

1.) Deloitte Consulting Business Tech Analyst (Government & Public Sector) - Location: Arlington, VA - Base Salary: $73,000 - Bonus: $6,000 2.) Marsh TRAC Associate Program - Location: New York, NY - Base Salary: $63,000 - Bonus: $6,000 3.) AIG Cyber Underwriting - Location: New York, NY - Base Salary: $61,000 - Bonus: $5,000

I want some perspective from a holistic approach. I'm playing the long game so starting salary isn't everything, but growth potential and opportunities are VERY important in my decision-making process. Any thoughts?
