Tech investment banking - CIM structure

Dear All,

Can you please give me some high-level guidance regarding how to prepare a CIM for a tech company (such as Fintech)? The template provided by MDs seems very traditional and do not have the technology part :(

Any guidance/sample is greatly appreciated. I have a tech+ finance background and would love to get some tech investment banking mentor/buddy here.
