To be brief, I have not been working in CRE very long >5yrs, and have had to leave the past two roles I've had. The reasons I was asked to leave both times were not becuase of a major conduct issue but because of mistakes I made in my work. I've been unemployed since December but have been diligently searching for work opportunities. If you have a story where you were able to come back from termination/unemployment, would you please share? It would be reassuring to about other cases that worked out. Also, I could use the support and motivation.
