Texting for Networking acceptable?
What should I do if I connected with someone on LinkedIn that I’m trying to network with, but they haven’t responded to my follow up? I have their phone number from our call, but don’t know if it’s appropriate to text them as a reminder. They said they would refer me to someone at another bank, but haven’t responded to my follow up on LinkedIn (I sent the follow up a week after the call and I sent a thank you an hour after the call).
Would it be bad if I sent a simple text in case he just isn’t checking his LinkedIn?
I personally wouldn’t text. Idk why you wouldn’t just email

you can find his email pretty easily. Just search what the company format is on Google. Can also use rocketreach, that one’s great for finding individuals’ emails

Don’t do tht just send him an email. If he doesn’t respond send follow up email. If he still doesn’t respond drop it and move on. Do not text unless he specifically told u to
