This job just ain’t for me. What now?

What's up, looking for advice on the next logical job that optimizes my current experience and is in line with what I'm looking for. Please share any thoughts or insight:

I've been in PE/CR for about 4 years. 8 months as intern, 2 years as analyst, and 1.5 as an associate. About to have all my debts paid off, getting $230k all-in and I couldn't be more blessed (140 base, 90 bonus). Nobody in my family has been paid more than me, and I'm very grateful, but this shit just isn't for me. I've always dreamed of being rich, but now that I see that possibility and the cost of losing who I want to be, I don't want it anymore. About to pay off massive debt I've had since college, and it's time to move on.

Rant over; what's the best job I can get that will NOT involve more than 40 hours per week. Ideally something where remote work is acceptable. My target is trying to just replace my base salary of 140k, even 120k+ would be enough to be happy, I'm just so sick of not having the time to grow into my passions. Was thinking maybe FP&A, but I truly am not sure what is best or where to start. Another thought was a sponsor-backed port co, but I imagine they'd expect more than 40/week. Thank you for any help.
