Too Early to Start Networking at Goldman?
Hey all! So I'm in a bit of a dilemma.
This summer I am going to be working as an investment management summer analyst at GS in early July. Now I applications for summer 2021 open up around the time I start (currently a rising junior) and I have been considering IB for next year. Would it look bad if I were to start networking with another division before or during my internship? If so when might be the best time for me to reach out for IBD coffee chats; either before or after I start this summer?

yes this would look bad, you can do GS mobility during your summer instead
