Trading operations or IB or Risk Advisory

Hi, I came from a financial engineering background and somehow ended up in the middle/back office of an equities/options trading firm. This is the first full-time job I got after graduation but I feel like I really don't like to be at the operations team where it seems like that my work doesn't deserve any credit and doesn't make any impact at all. I was looking for something more on trading strats but never got a chance to get anywhere closer after being in the firm for a year. I currently got several offers from other firms. All trading firms or funds gave me job offers of similar roles in the middle office operations team. I did get an offer from an investment banking division where they do IPOs and another offer of credit risk advisory. I feel like it's very difficult for me to switch from the middle office to the front office sales&trading or strats. Should I just switch to Investment banking or risk advisory? I'm not sure if this is just my current firm's operations team but I feel like I don't see any career path or growth staying with opeartions. Will joining an operations risk team in a large buy-side company make any difference? Could anyone in the middle office risk/operations explain your career path or career goal?
