If I transfer into another school my sophomore year, during recruiting will gpa from my previous school be taken into account?

No. You can put both on your resume, but on applications/screeners you put your new GPA. Def dont combine them. Make sure when you transfer you grind your first semester to get above a 3.8 at your new school. Or else you wont be able to recruit well
