How is the culture at Truist? I applied there for FT and from what I’ve heard it’s pretty cool.
Group dependent but heard good things from the junior level. Definitely becoming sweaty with the poaching of MDs from other banks.
I heard they only took back less than 40% of thei sa class. Not sure how many people they will pick up.
