Turned down BB S&T offer - blackballed at same bank for IB or GCM?

If I turned down an offer to work in a BB S&T department, am I now in that bank's "system" as a candidate they should not hire, or even interview, if I want to interview for IB or Cap Markets in the future? Not sure if just because I turned down one department, I'm now not welcome at any department at that bank.

Appreciate any information on how this works, or how to avoid this fate.
