I am thinking of joining UBS in Singapore in IB. I know UBS is a bit of a shitshow rn but I also heard that new juniors would be somewhat immune to it.
I also know CS was the heavy weight in Singapore and so thus now it would be UBS?
Would appreciate any advice.
