Ugrad +1 MSF and LSE Summer?

Hi all,

I was recently made aware that my top 50 non/semi-target offers a way to earn a masters in finance needing only one extra semester, as you begin taking those classes in the final year of studies and they double count towards the undergrad degree and the masters. As I had enough transfer credits coming in, I'll still be graduating with my current class on time if I chose this. Are there any pros/cons to doing this, especially as it's a non/semi-target?

One more question- I've done a search in regards to LSE Summer School, and the general consensus is that their courses are watered down and only worth it if you have no better options and/or go to a non-target. Has anyone here had any experience with their futures/options/derivatives course? Would it be worth it to go if I can get a winternship through my school, and the instead of pursuing a traditional summer internship - go to LSE?

Thanks again!
T.
