Urgent - accepted internship offer but have other interviews
What title says. Accepted an offer at a small PE firm but not interested in the sector. Have interview opportunity at a larger firm more aligned with my interests. Should I still interview with the firm?
Why would you accept the offer if you're still interviewing... did you not communicate you're in multiple processes? I guess keep interviewing and if you get the other one be prepared to reneg and burn that bridge if it matters that much to you, but just understand this is not a great look.
I told them I’m still in interviews and asked for extensions but they didn’t grant enough, the other company I’m still interviewing with doesn’t have a definite timeline so I accepted the first one out of job security concerns
Slightly different then. If you told them you're still in other processes and they didn't give you the time then I'd say keep interviewing and whatever happens happens.
