Urgent: Choice between Two Offers due Tomorrow

Hey guys,

I was recently notified that I received offers from two firms with very different career paths. One is a mid-tier consulting firm in their litigation consulting practice (not sure which specific group I would be placed in) and the other is a direct lender to middle market companies spun off one of the major PE firms (think KKR, Apollo, etc.). I am a finance and accounting major and, ideally, I would like to do credit investing at a credit shop/hedge fund in the future. I would also like to get an MBA in 2-3 years. What position do you think would set me up best for M7 MBA? Most importantly, could I make the transition between this direct lender and hedge funds on their credit team? What would you perceive as the exit opps for either firm? Thanks in advance.
